The Project engineer will be responsible to assist the project manager to perform and manage energy solutions projects in the region. Based in Dubai and with ability to travel to KSA if required. He will be reporting to the project manager and business head. The candidate will demonstrate a high level of MEP projects especially in Energy services with a record for continuously achieving on-target performance and aggressively complete the projects successfully. The candidate should have a high capability and experience to develop and commission BMS, Energy monitoring and intelligent systems.
RESPONSIBILITY
• Responsible for representing the energy management services and solutions to customers
• Assist the PM to manage the execution of energy savings services project.
• Assist the PM to plan, control and monitor the project progress.
• Maintain a good relationship with customers.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Perform energy performance contracting project and achieve project’s objectives.
• Manage the subcontractors’ activities and the contracts of the project.
• Assist the PM to develop project program and construction management plans.
• Undertake on a daily basis responsibilities such as; full commissioning, points to points list, program the sequence of operation and the algorithm, protocols used are Modbus, Bacnet, Lon, graphic modification and upgrades, using Tridium, Calibration of sensors & Valve actuators, and liaising with clients & project manager.
• Conduct site survey and help the energy auditors.
Technical Skills:
• Deep knowledge and experience in to the energy management systems and projects.
• Deep knowledge and experience of Building HVAC Systems, such as Chillers, AHU's, Pumps, lighting, ventilation and control system, etc.
• Experience in BMS project installation & commissioning.
• Experience in BMS Controller software configuration.
