Quest Search & Selection is working with a multinational retail company seeking a Section Manager- Bakery to work in Dubai, UAE.
We ideally are looking for candidates with experience managing the Bakery department.
Job description
As the Section Manager for the company, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring attractive display of products and exceptional customer service is provided
- Ensuring products are hygienically packaged, including freshness of products and keeping tab of safety requirements
- Providing necessary training wherever required
- Stock Management
- Motivating employees to achieve sales targets
- Negotiating the internal promotions with the supplier to highly enforce the image of the discount inside the section
Requirements for an Ideal Candidate- Diploma / Degree
- Experience as Manager in the same field
- Fluent in English (Spoken & Written)
- Time Management
- Self-Motivated
- Multicultural environment knowledge
