Accounts • Experience in maintaining accounts independently • Experience in entering general accounting transactions on a day to day basis such as quotations, invoice, purchase orders, official receipts MS Excel and in the computerized accounting system • Knowledge of preparing a cash flow statement • Experience in working with good Financial Accounting software/ERP system/Zoho Books. • Highly organized bookkeeping Office Admin • Handles incoming and outgoing calls. • Receives incoming emails and direct to the concerned person. • Maintains and updates a directory of company contacts/clients. • Ability to adapt and change based on new business • Must maintain office supply and operational needs. Secretary • Setup and coordinate meetings. • Outstanding at MS Office, detail-oriented and with perfect follow-up skills, has the ability to organize tasks, research and keeping records. • Highly dependable and trustworthy, maintain confidentiality having access to extremely sensitive documents. • Ability to work independently or as part of a team • Handles social media accounts and assist in marketing activities.
