Description role:
We are a successful and dynamic company based in London, looking to engage with an UAE based Trade Finance Administrator to support our local UAE DMCC company. Reporting to our Structure Finance Director in London and our local General Manager, the key focus of the role is to assist in the process and issuance of Letters of Credit, working closely with our London team for the Asian and Middle East Markets.
As a Trade Finance Administrator you will process bank documents on receipt to ensure shipments are delivered and suppliers are paid on time. You will also assist in the process and issuance of letters of credit and any required amendments.
This role will involve assisting the team in a range of facets with emphasis on logistics and trade in Asian market.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Assist in the process and issuance of Letters of Credit
- Deal with supplier and bank queries relating to Letters of Credit
- Ensure bills of lading are correctly endorsed
- Track bank documents and liaise with bank
- Responding to all Letter of Credit and amendments queries
- Liaise with the Operations Department
