Key Responsibilities for the role will include:
- Generate & qualify leads from cold calling
- Contact businesses or individuals to solicit sales / rental of properties in UAE & UK
- Deliver sales talks to persuade potential customers
- Explain details, services & prices & answer the queries from customers
- Follow up on potential customers to facilitate sales
- Understand client requirements in an effective way
- Create database & record all customer information
- Maintain & update activity reports & backing updata
- Communicating to clients on the latest updates
- Meeting a daily target of making 200 calls per day
- Handle customer grievances in a professional way
- Maintaining & increasing standard of customer service with existing & prospective clients
