Strategy and Performance Management Analyst - 6 month contract role. - Nawah

Support the development, implementation, and ongoing management of Nawah's strategy management and business planning capabilities in order to support embedding of a performance-based culture in Nawah and develop it into a structured, systematic, results-driven organization.


 


1- Strategic Planning & Strategy Management


Responsibility: 



  • Support the Head of Strategy & Planning with the development, implementation and maintenance of Nawah's Strategic Planning & Performance Management process document to ensure clarity and alignment within the organization on Nawah's approach to strategy, planning and performance management.

  • Support the Head of Strategy & Planning with the development, implementation and management of Nawah's strategy architecture and strategic plan to ensure organizational clarity, alignment, focus in business planning and invidual objective-setting.

  • Support the Head of Strategy & Planning with the conduct of annual strategy reviews

  • Analyze and assess the sufficiency of (a) Nawah's strategic targets, and (b) the strategic initiatives for achieving them.  Make appropriate recommendations to the accountable managers and to the Head of Strategy & Planning.

  • Advise and support accountable managers with development and ongoing management of their strategic initiatives


  •  Other Strategy-related activities as may be required from time to time


 


2- Business Planning & Business Plan Management


Responsibility:



  • Support the Head of Strategy & Planning with the development, implementation and management Nawah's Business Planning process to ensure proper clear communication and assignment of accountability for Nawah's annual plan of work, performance targets, and associated resource requirements.

  • Support the Head of Strategy & Planning with the development, implementation, and management of Nawah's project portfolio management methodology and stage gate review process.

  • Maintain the Business Plan on an ongoing basis, including implementation and management of appropriate change controls, to ensure the Business Plan remains current and subject to appropriate governance.

  • Liaise with Finance and HR to ensure tha budgets and manpower plans adequately reflect and support the requirements of Nawah's plan of work.

  • Maintain the Business Planning and the Business Plan Change Control process  document

  • Coordinate with HR and with line managers to ensure that business planning is tightly linked to individual performance management processes.


  •  Other Business Plan-related activities as may be required from time to time
