Global Village is currently looking to hire a Site Inspection Coordinator for 2 months. Working hours are from 3 PM till midnight, 6 days a week. Below is the Job Description:
• inspection of partners/exhibitors compliancy and highlight any discrepancy between contract and the site (pavilions, Shop, Restaurants, Retails …etc.) along with supporting documents ( Pictures)
• Monitor all contractual agreed price lists for all leasing categories
• Monitor the operating hours of all licensed areas
• Monitor the pavilions occupancy
• Coordination with HSE team for HSE inspection
• Coordination with Entertainment team for Entertainment Inspection
• Follow up with different stakeholders on fines establishment
• Prepare Inspection daily reports and submission to direct supervisor on daily basis , and to partners as well .
• Ensure compliance to Global Village Health, Safety and Environmental Policies and Procedures.
• Ensure compliance to all applicable local and federation regulations with regards to Health, Safety and Environment.
• Report any emergencies or incidents to Global Village Security Control Room immediately.
