Charterhouse is working with an international Law Firm who are well established in the Middle East. They have multiple offices and is looking to hire a Senior Paralegal in Abu Dhabi. The role will be based in the corporate team and will require an Arabic speaker.
The role will involve a heavy focus on company incorporation, licensing and liquidation. There will be a variety of onshore / offshore clients and significant interaction with public and government authorities. You will be expected to draft and amend a variety of documents in Arabic and English, for example MOA’s and shareholder agreements. There may also be exposure to M&A, due diligence and employment law.
