Job Purpose:
Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs to help our employees advance their skills and knowledge. By designing learning courses, career plans, workshops and more while maintaining budgets and relationships with vendors and consultants
Main Responsibilities :
Pre Training
- Execution of an effective induction program
- Liaise with line managers and employees to capture learning and development needs through the ‘Learning Needs Analysis’ process.
- Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and present this research.
- Manage execution of the learning and development activities by embracing different styles of training techniques, including e-learning, tutorial sessions or coaching
- Having an awareness of the allocated budget and an ability to find solutions in order to implement the required training as per the set calendar.
- Assist in the development of Personal Development Plans for all individuals
Post training
- Lead learning and development administration efforts, including scheduling, record keeping, reporting and compliance tracking.
- Manage attendance in all learning and development activities according to set policies and procedures.
- Manage the process of evaluating satisfaction and effectiveness
- Manage procurement and contract procedures related to learning and development activities.
- Building relationships with 3rd party training providers
