2. Assist in developing best practices for budgeting and accounting exercise across the organization b

4. Establish short term, quantifiable budgeting guidelines for the immediate upcoming business period
5. Provide periodic MIS reporting
6. Prepare data on projections, trends, revenues and cost analysis
