Basic Skills:
• End to end Implementation experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
• Experience in SAP UAE Payroll for HR.
• Should have handled the customer in the process of Business requirements, Design workshops, User acceptance testing.
• Experience in different area of Employee Central Payroll like End of Service calculation, Integration with Time management, Loans.
• Experience in Integration scenarios with Finance and SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Experience in data replication from Employee Central to Employee Central Payroll.
• Good knowledge of SAP HCM On-premise in Time Management.
• Experience in Custom Payroll functions, LSMWs, Payroll specific reports.
• Good Communication skills
