● Develop and implement a sponsorship sales plan for increasing sponsorship revenues in a cost-
effective manner. Target objectives include increasing sponsorship sales and creating
sponsorship products in order to meet or exceed the overall business objectives.
● Develop and implement a sponsorship budget to achieve the sales plan.
● Develop and implement a Sponsorship plan based on TV Shows planned by the company and
assist in achieving the business objectives.
● Develop, maintain and implement sponsorship program guidelines to increase sponsorship
revenue, end to end account management and support.
● Manages all sponsorship activities. Responsible for sponsor prospecting, proposal customization
and presentation, contract revision and servicing, sponsor follow-up and support.
● Ensuring High Yield is maintained.
● Helping with the creation of sales engagement and enablement programs to ensure targeted
audience sourcing and retention.
● Develops clear marketing strategies for the TV shows and source cash and barter sponsorships,
including identification of key partners and/or brands to align with as well as helping create TV
show design, flow, activities, learning best practices, engagement strategies and ROI.
● Initiate and submit yearly media partnership strategy in relevant markets to build strong brand
awareness with quantified number of events for a year.
