The Sales Manager is responsible for prospecting, acquiring, retaining and maximizing the value of B2B client accounts through superior customer service while promoting the brand and representing the values of the Company. Focus on B2B and B2B2C accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Clearly articulate and promote the quality differentiators and key selling points of the company services
- Acquire and support the onboarding of new accounts
- Advise clients on treatments, services, offers, promotions, and other benefits
- Follow up on customer queries and complaints liaising internally with relevant departments of the Company
- Collaborate actively with the Marketing Manager in the development of the marketing plan for B2B and B2B2C
- Implement promotion and marketing projects
- Organize PR events complying
- Support and maintain the CRM platform for B2B and B2B2C
- Monitor competition and report to management on relevant aspects
- Research accounts and generates or follow through sales leads
- Maintain and expand client database
