• Generating sales/projects enquiries and issuance of quotations.
• Making technical presentation to convince the customer about the products and services.
• Representing the product lines to corporate clients / consultants through direct communication face to face meeting, telephone calls, emails, trade show etc.
• Manage leads through develop strong business database.
• Possess drive, motivation and acute attention to detail in ensuring all business opportunities.
• New business development through proper pricing, promotions, distribution within the target markets.
• Responding to the tenders and requests for information in a timely manner.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through understanding of clients requirements including their related to product development and delivery.
• Analyze customer's perceptions on regular basis to understand their satisfaction level.
