Membership Sales Associate required for Pharaohs Club Wafi:
To assist in developing competitive membership packages and rates to meet market demand and profitability targets
To implement the membership development plan, manage membership resources and set workflow priorities in accordance with the Club Manager
Drive membership retention within the facility by building and maintaining relationships with members and guests
Develop corporate memberships through networking, presentations, building relationships and contacts within the area
Maintain all membership records/demographics and statistical data accurately as per company requirements
Work with the management and marketing team to contribute to business and marketing strategies
To hold regular membership progress meetings and circulate progress reports on activity against targets e.g. growth projections, campaign effectiveness, response timescales for membership inquiries, etc.
To anticipate problems and adjust the allocation of resources accordingly
To contribute to the membership development plan and review with the Club Manager
To manage member communications including responding to member queries and the production and inventory of membership and marketing material e.g. letters, newsletters, e-bulletins and brochures
To manage member events
To manage member market research
To assist in PR activity
To maintain accurate membership records and marketing databases
