Our client is a leading concrete manufacturing specialist who have a Production facility in the UAE. Due to some movement in the business an opportunity has arisen for a Production Manager. Reporting into the General Manager you will be responsible for the Ready mix plant operations (Production & Fleet).
Responsibilities include:
• Manage concrete delivery and pumping schedules
• Monitor the quality of raw materials and concrete and define appropriate preventative and corrective measures as required
• Coordinate with maintenance department and implement preventative and corrective maintenance plans for the equipment in the area.
• Delivery of concrete plant erection and removals as well as refurbishment of plant
• Day to day management of team including leave/appraisals & Performance management
• Set budget alongside the GM and be responsible for the delivery
• Create Health & Safety standards/awareness
