To develop and launch of new personal loan products in line with banks overall product and segment strategies.
Accountabilities:
Support balanced growth by setting up portfolio standards and providing life cycle portfolio management tools.
Ensure appropriate operational procedures and controls are in place within credit and operations risk framework.
Develop effective campaigns in order to leverage the product effectively across all sourcing channels
Review profitability of PL products and recommend changes to improve competitiveness and increase profitability.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, prioritize and deign processes with an objective of digitalization.
Manage product development and enhancement which is offered to existing customers.
To maintain a competitive edge in the market on product initiatives while ensuing adherence to bank’s policies and code of conduct.
Manage MIS activities and ensure timely and accurate MIS maintenance to track revenue generation.
