• Develop the go-to-market strategy and growth plans for pre-launch and live games
• Work with product stakeholders and management to define marketing goals and develop marketing budgets
• Manage a marketing team to implement marketing campaigns effectively and achieve targets
• Create strategy for identifying, testing and evaluating new marketing channels and tactics
• Manage relationships with external channel partners
• Use analytical and modeling skills to understand channel economics and optimize marketing activities
• Work with product and engineering teams to design and develop features and tools that improve user acquisition and retention
• Manage SEM , direct team on tactical execution of program across all lines of business, inclusive of budget management, optimization, bid strategies, measurement, etc.
• Work closely with internal media team members and counterparts across Marketing to ensure that the SEM program strategy is in line with broader KPIs and advertising/line of business objectives.
• Collaborate across internal disciplines to create a strong linkage with Content, Social and other Channel strategies.
• Conduct frequent competitive analysis
• Leverage data and analytics insights as a key driver of ongoing program strategy (optimization plans, integration of audience segmenting capabilities, test and learn agendas, etc.)
• Develop test and learn opportunities: Maximizing conversions by devising cutting edge Campaign structure, Ad Copies and conversion optimization.
• Ensure measurement tactics are executed flawlessly with a clear and effective reporting structure
• Look for opportunities to include new technologies and innovative tactics within the program; continuously monitor industry trends, technologies and standards for campaign learning
• Execute the Performance Marketing team's strategy through paid search and paid social channels (e.g., Google, Bing, Yahoo, Facebook, etc.)
• Optimize campaigns through rigorous testing with a focus on improving efficiency and/or driving incremental scale
• Work alongside our Creative team to develop and test new concepts that will make our marketing more engaging and efficient
• Develop acquisition strategies that introduce new consumers to not only our eyewear, but also our emerging products, like vision services
• Partner with our Product teams to improve our landing pages so that customers have simpler, quicker, and all-around lovelier experiences finding the products and information they're looking for.
