Duties:
a. Ensure that the Day Care Unit’s daily and monthly revenue targets as set by the company from time to time are consistently met;
b. Provide clients with a well-structured and knowledgeable consultation, including the basic features and benefits of all Treatments/Surgeries;
c. Consistently upsell and cross-sell products / treatments / surgeries to all clients;
d. Participate in the company's marketing activities and events (e.g.: Exhibitions, Conferences, Gatherings, etc.) across the country, and coordinate with the various departments of the company in this respect;
e. Attend such events, conferences, gatherings, exhibitions and network with attendees with a view to developing new business opportunities (even if these events fall on weekends or otherwise outside working hours);
f. Identify potential events, conferences, gatherings, exhibitions where the company’s participation may lead to new business development opportunities;
g. Create and find sales opportunities to generate more revenue for the center;
h. Clean and otherwise maintain all properties (equipment, machines, products…) to ensure they remain in good and serviceable condition;
i. Make sure to handle patient deposit and secure full payment prior to the surgery;
j. Ensure that the required daily, monthly and other reports (including for example: Daily Report; Daily Inquiry Sheet, etc…) are properly prepared and sent to the relevant parties, as determined from time to time by the company;
k. Abide by the highest hygienic practices relevant to all Treatments performed at the company;
l. Abide by the Patient Specialist Advisor Manual in the performance of their duties;
m. Provide clients with the basic features and benefits of all Treatments;
n. Refrain from providing clients with the Patient Specialist Advisor’s personal contact numbers or email addresses or other personal contact details;
o. Beginning from the successful completion of the Patient Specialist Advisor’s third month of employment, the Patient Specialist Advisor is expected to handle the Day Care Unit’s stock.
p. Immediately communicate to the Operations Manager of Day Care Unit any and all client complaints and incidents and otherwise any unusual reaction of a client to any Treatment / Surgery);
q. Consult the Operations Manager of Day Care Unit in the event the Patient Specialist Advisor has any query or doubt regarding the implementation of any service or Treatment;
r. Respect the working schedule set by the Operations Manager; fully and properly monitor all scheduled Surgeries and other services and ensure they are provided to the highest standards regardless of any delays or other circumstances which may from time to time arise;
s. In addition to the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), strictly abide by all other Policies & Procedures at all times, including but not limited to ensuring attendance & punctuality, exceptional personal hygiene & grooming, exceptional customer service with clients, and maintaining good relationships with coworkers and Branch Manager;
t. Maintain confidential all information and details relating to all customers and each Branch, including but not limited to financial information, client identity, treatments selected by clients, and other personal information of clients;
u. Make sure that all clients (old or new) have completed and signed a Consent Form;
v. Ensure that exceptional and quality service is provided to clients by maintaining constant contact with both clients and employees when the clients are in the center;
w. Perform Outcalls (being defined as cold calls to potential/existing clients) on a daily basis, as per the requirements of the company’s Business Development Outcall Process and its Customer Service Outcall Process;
x. Be responsible for and maintaining the petty cash and cash drawer/strong box, ensure that there is no unauthorized or inappropriate use of such cash, and ensure that all such cash is handed over to the Branch Manager at the close of business at the end of every business day;
y. Ensure that no discounts are provided to clients unless first approved in writing by the Operations Manager;
z. Ensure that all stock, cash and payments made (in all forms) are properly matched with electronic records at the close of business at the end of every business day.
