Male/Female, 40 years old and below
With Bachelor’s degree or Diploma holder
At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a hotel/FnB setting in the same role
Responsible to implement, monitor and control F&B Service operating standards
Train, develop and lead the team within the outlet
Monitor guest’s feedback and recommend revising service standards as necessary
Oversight for staff and implement property and restaurant policies and procedures
Responsible for quality control of all foods and set ups
Thorough knowledge of service standards
Can join immediately (max 1 month)
Work Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary up to 2,800 AED depending on experience and qualifications plus 1,500 AED accommodation and transportation allowance
