Functional -
• Should be able to do all the office amenities related work
• Should be able to printer related work (Scanning, photocopying, faxing, filing etc.)
• Should be able to understand & speak English (I am not expecting the fluent speaker but at least can respond in English)
• Be sensible enough towards the office amenities and ensure that the wastage is minimum (could be water, electricity, disposable cutleries etc.)
• Ensure that the conference rooms are neat & clean all the time, especially after every meeting
• Keeping the check on the housekeeping agencies and ensure the inhouse washrooms are clean all the time
• Ensure that the pantry is well maintained, dustbins are emptied on regular basis, refrigerator/toaster is functioning properly, and table is clean all the time
• Ensure the pantry has the regular supplies in advance & coordinating with receptionist for the same
• Manage the reception in absence of Receptionist- during her vacation & daily during her lunch break
• Able to receive & transfer the calls in absence of receptionist
• Able to receive the guests in absence of the receptionist
• Able to cover for Abraham as & when needed in DIP (on rare occasions)
