Minimum 6 years of experience in kitchen management
STEAKHOUSE experience is a must
Experience from a Steakhouse/Smokehouse/Grill/Barbeque stand-alone restaurant is preferred
Excellent record of kitchen and staff management
Expertise in various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
Excellent communication skills
Can join immediately (visit/cancelled visa preferred)
