Reporting to the Creative Director, the Junior Designer will be responsible for helping to drive creative work and to support the senior team. At a junior level the creative will usually be straight out of university (some internship experience is essential), therefore will you require mentoring and guidance. The main responsibility is to produce work to a high standard with a passion for detail and flair for new ideas and executions.

• Offering input to creative meetings and sharing ideas
• Producing attractive and effective designs for all media
• Communicating with senior team members to receive feedback
• Liaising effectively other team members
• Supporting the team throughout design concept and development
• Be on the pulse of design trends
• Presenting to the team internally to gain experience
