Human Resources Executive (HR Executive) - Sayegh Group


  • Identification of training and development needs within the company through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with departmental managers and human resource department.

  • Assist the HR Manager to help accomplish strategic Training and development goals and objectives.

  • Responsible for orientation about the company and its group to newly hired staff.

  • Identification of training and development needs of the sister companies through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with departmental managers and human resource department.

  • Prepare Training Assessment Report on the basis of Performance Appraisal and forward to HR Manager for review and approval.

  • Working in a team to produce programmes that are satisfactory to all relevant employees in the company.

  • Being primarily responsible for training and development, prepare Annual Training and Development Program.

  • Responsible for the proper and adequate arrangement of training and development for the employees who are in the Annual Training and Development Program and monitor annual training program.

  • Arrangement and distribution of training-related material and facilities as required organizing and set up training programmes and events as required.

  • Amending and revising programmes as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment.
