HR Generalist - Arabic Speaker Leave & Absence Administrator - MBC

To attend with all administrative matters related HR
Maintaining and Administrating the Oracle ERP and ensuring that periodical updates are made


Ensuring accuracy of all the information on Oracle
Maintaining and updating all department employee personnel records and files for the concerned department and observing the highest level of confidentiality of all information


Preparing the relevant documentation and ensuring that employment details are available and that
Paper-work are up to date 


Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance


Redirect HR related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the team


Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) and delivery of reports and update the database and ensure all employment requirements are met


Schedule meetings, interviews
Perform orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires


Support other functions as assigned
The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English/Arabic and have a working knowledge of Oracle Fusion
