Head of Sales UAE

The International Company specializing in training and education is currently looking for the UAE executive manager to be based in Dubai. The company has long and established reputation in professional education and training Globally. The company is proud to have the largest alumni database along their successful stories. Presently the firm is looking to revamp its operation by appointing a senior director that will lead the teams and address the dynamically changing market while focusing on achieving the sales targets. 


Key Responsibilities:


This role will manage the following functions:
1. Achieving the budget targets
2. Leading and Driving the core sales team to generate sales and collect accounts receivables
3. Setting sales strategy and budget targets for growth with the senior management.
4. Coordinating and liaising with marketing, operation departments to optimize strategic goals.
5. Collaborate with business partners & technology to formulate quantifiable goals, advise on strategies and experimentation to achieve business goals
6. Understanding the entirety of the sales funnel through incorporation of interaction data, quantification of opportunity and analysis of the pipeline data to identify prospects.
7. Develop an intimate knowledge of our products and offerings and represent them passionately
8. Represent the company to various internal institutions to increase the brand equity and image.
