To identify, organize and manage emerging nuclear plant modification and physical site projects within Nawah, in collaboration with other departments to ensure nuclear safety, employee safety, environmental protection and overall business requirements are achieved.
Project Management
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Lead the project management team to deliver project scope and outcomes as per schedule.
- Assist the Site Projects Manager in developing the Site Projects processes and procedures to provide a governance framework meeting industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Perform oversight of project teams to ensure projects are managed within the governance framework and will meet project success criteria.
- Be an exemplar of Project Management Methodologies and Controls.
- Facilitate the successful delivery of plant modifications and projects to meet Nawah's business objectives.
- Shepherd projects through the project phases and Stage Gate approvals to ensure successful delivery.
Budget
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Ensure accurate estimating and risk analysis of projects to establish realistic project budgets.
- Manage performance against budget to minimize variance.
Time Management
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Support development of project schedules and manage performance against baseline to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Ensure project installation tasks are successfully integrated into plant maintenance and outage schedules.
