Head of Compliance - Pinpoint HR

  • He/she will ensure that the company and its employees are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations relating to AML, FCPA, GDPR, Sanctions Lists, etc.

  • He/She will ensure that \[new\] company policies and procedures are being followed and that behavior and dealings at the company meets the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics. He/She regularly reviews and evaluates compliance issues and concerns within the company, monitors and reports the results of compliance and ethics functions, and is responsible for leading disciplinary efforts within.

  • He/She will interact regularly with the Board of Directors and executive leadership on all matters related to compliance. \[This position will report to the BOD, with a dotted line to the CEO\].

  • Constantly and consistently finding opportunities to strengthen and improve the culture of compliance at the company by partnering and building strong relationships with other department heads and the executive leadership.

  • Maintain a working knowledge of all applicable laws and regulations and enforcement actions to identify risks.

  • Alert the company to trends and risks that will assist in improving overall policies and procedures.
