A global HR consulting company is looking for new members to join our Global Support Team. The main requirement of the role is to assist us with our day-to-day business operations, customer support and project management.
The core function is to provide excellent customer service and product support to our existing clients. In addition to this, you will be required to support the various client projects, assisting business development and other functions such as providing administrative support to our daily business operations and client project delivery.
- Basic customer and product support through email/phone
- Processing new sales leads
- Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients
- Monitoring customer accounts, client projects, etc
- Providing data and reports to help the sales team
- Keeping track of sales targets
- Scheduling diaries, appointments
- Project management
Experience in Human Resources and human capital consulting will be an advantage but not mandatory.
