Our client - a brand new premium 4-star hotel is looking for a General Manager to join their prestigious team. The brand belongs to a renowned diversified conglomerate based in Dubai.
The incumbent will function as the General Manager of the property and will responsible for all aspects of oerpations including guest and employee satisfaction, Human Resources, Financial Performance, Sales & Revenue generation while delivering a return on investment on property ownership.
The successful candidate will verify implementation of service strategy and initiatives with the objective of meeting or exceeding guest expectations, increased profit and revpar.
The position verifies that sales engines are leveraged and initiates independent and proactive sales activities, when appropriate - to generate demand.
