will have an agency background
has international exposure
5+ years of experience on the same or similar position
has variety of experience in different types of clients and projects, c
can develop creative strategies, build and maintain good relationships with internal/external stakeholders
is good in managing teams internally
has knowledge of financial and commercial aspects with clients
