Frequency inverters assembly:
- Spare parts pickup based on purchase order.
- Inverter assembly on SEW assembly bench.
- Unit registration on SEW portal.
- Label printing and tagging as per SEW standard.
- Packaging and ready for shipment/collection.
Frequency inverter repair:
- Inverter receipt/tagging/storage.
- Full inspection and live test on SEW-Repair workbench.
- Locate the defectiveness and make sure spare parts are available in-house.
- Ordering spare parts in case of in-house unavailability.
- Raise detailed report to customer.
- Repair execution upon PO receipt.
Online troubleshooting by phone or through emails.
Understanding exactly the nature of the fault, requesting the correct information, providing a technical and cost efficient support.
Support internal sales team by issuing techno-commercial quotations.
On-site:
Visiting clients with sales team to understand customer’s requirements, whenever it is needed.
Performing service jobs upon request:
- Inspecting customer units.
- Analyzing source of failure.
- Finding quick solutions to overcome the issue.
- Raise detailed report upon job completion.
