Quest Search & Selection is working with a leading retail company and they are looking for an experienced eCommerce Director to join their team in Dubai, UAE. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the eCommerce business.
Job Description
As the eCommerce Director, you must perform the following duties:
- Managing the user experience of the company's website;
- Building and leading a team to effectively develop eCommerce keys;
- Conducting comparative research and proposing new initiatives and strategies to improve the efficiency and quality of service;
- Analyzing site metrics to grow and recommend marketing programs to increase sales;
- Developing the online business strategies within the groups' digital platforms.
Requirements for an Ideal Candidate (eCommerce Director)- Degree holder in Business Administration/Marketing;
- Minimum 6 years' management experience within eCommerce and omni-channel commerce focusing on fashion retail, lifestyle, and luxury industry;
- Proficient in MS Office suite and various E-Commerce fully integrated service platforms;
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and managerial skills. Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus
