Job Specific Responsibilities :
● Manage strategic accounts and strategic partnerships to ensure quality oversight
and coordination of all services provided by Alef Education
● Proactively and responsively develop strong partnerships with clients, managing
retention and loyalty and driving compelling client testimonials and
endorsements
● Ensure clients experience the highest return on their education investment and
view Alef Education as their strategic partner for providing a futuristic learning
ecosystem that meets their core needs
● Lead scalable and consistent operations responsive to development of new and
changing programs for clients; includes budget development, presentations and
PD programs, contract negotiations, customer service and support team practices
and general support
● Work collaboratively with members of Client Experience and Product Teams to
ensure effective collaboration and communication in anticipation and support of
new feature availability and consistent attention to client needs
● Collaboratively work with Senior Leadership to gather customer data and work
with product teams, developers, and educators to create successful product
improvements and features that will drive client retention and meet their real
and unrealized needs
● Ensure effective communication and collaboration across Support Teams,
ensuring best practices, ideas, and solutions are well communicated and
implemented across all teams as appropriate
● Develops and monitors Key Performance Indicators and Dashboards that enable
effective analysis and ability to quickly identify and respond to patterns of success
or failure
● Develops, implements and monitors strategic services and client engagement
initiatives that quantifiably drive client satisfaction and retention
● Drive continuous improvement to each part of the client experience including onboarding,
implementation, renewal, and continuous service enhancements
● Support renewal and negotiation of client contracts with a mind for long term
client retention and rapid organizational growth
● Supports Business Development, accelerating the organization’s growth
capabilities and maintaining a full pipeline of delivery opportunities
Key Performance Indicators
● Subjective evaluation of teacher confidence and competence to facilitate the Alef
Learning Platform effectively as a result of PLC Leadership
● Subjective evaluation by teachers and administration regarding clarity, timeliness
and quality of communication and professional development
● Quality of data analysis and reporting to enable evolving education strategy,
content and platform features
● Achievement of pre-established dashboard objectives
