We are a group of high-end Mexican restaurants to simultaneously open in three prestigious and upscale locations in Downtown Dubai, The Point (The Palm) and Bluewaters Island Dubai. To leverage our team, we need Commis Chefs 1 and 2 who will act as support to the Chef De Partie.
You should perform all your duties given to you under the direct guidance and instructions of the Chef De Partie. You will need to be dedicated to the food quality and maintain the high standards set for you.
Main Responsibilities:
● Help in the preparation of mis-en-place.
● Have knowledge of the menu, the food items and goods handled in the area you are assigned to.
● Keep equipment, utensils and working area in a clean and sanitary condition.
● Report any damages, breakages and other issues to the CDP
● Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards at all times.
● Maintain a positive and full of energy attitude always.
● Encourage respect and trust with the decisions taken by the Management.
Guest Experience
● As you will be in view of guests you need to ensure positive energy with a smile.
