We are looking to hire a Collector for overdue accounts of retail products.
Accountabilities:
- To achieve collections and recovery for assigned delinquent customers in order to ensure monthly performance objectives for collecting overdue and controlling flow rates
- To ensure tele-calling to delinquent customers in order to achieve assigned target
- To visit delinquent customer’s office/residence as and when required in order to achieve targets
- To ensure regular duties related to smooth management of department are handled
- To identify customer problems and to escalate to line manager in order to meet the customer to offer effective solution
- To liaise with Legal department in order to file criminal cases as per process and maintain the MIS for criminal cases as required
