Client Account Manager

United States-based EdTech company seeking a professional client account manager for a major client in Abu Dhabi. The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain and enhance our customer experience with this confidential client. 


The Client Account Manager will act as the main point of contact for this partner for all things related to their program: daily operations, troubleshooting, manage technical support issues, and be the middle-person between the U.S. and the U.A.E.


The Client Account Manager will learn and know this client inside and out. They will understand the successes, opportunities, and needs of this client, and work closely with them to push their education program forward. 


Your Focus is to Build Partner Trust by:


  • Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with the client

  • Using the “counselor approach” to get to know clients personally and know their business

  • Providing value through superior understanding of industry best standards and practices

  • Maintaining clear and open communication

  • Managing client expectations to agreed-upon standards
