Scope of work：
1. Responsible for channel customer reconciliation, dispute resolution, payment collection, etc.
2. Responsible for channel customer credit evaluation, identifying customer risk, evaluating customer qualification and execute channel credit management system
3. Responsible for channel incentive financial management and related budget forecast, ROI analysis, providing timely and accurate business analysis report, revealing business risk points
4. Matching Business Planning, Developing Channel Financial IT System
5. Improving channel financial management process, developing process and internal control of financial reports.
1、 负责渠道客户对账，争议解决，回款催收等
2、 负责渠道客户资信评估，识别客户风险，评估客户资质，落地渠道信用管理体系
3、 负责渠道激励财经管理及相关预算预测、投入产出分析工作，提供及时、准确的经营分析报告，揭示经营风险点
4、 承担渠道活动预算预测及日常激励管理，支撑营销费用投入及使用的决策，参与渠道活动的评审
5、 匹配业务变革规划，开展渠道财经变革，IT系统上线
6、 完善渠道财经管理流程，开展流程及财报内控工作，提升内控成熟度
