Change Manager - ERP Transformation - Emagine Solutions FZE

Change Manager Required Abu Dhabi.  You will be an expert in managing organisations through the change impacts of major transformation programmes. Responsible for ensuring the business is fully prepared for the impacts of the new ways of working and systems and leading the business successfully through the change journey


As a Change Manager you will manager a Change Team responsible for the standard aspects of change delivery, i.e. Training, Communications, Change Impact, Stakeholder Management, User adoption and User Engagement.


•Experienced Change Management professional with multiple experiences of playing this role in large-scale ERP transformations


•Dynamic and positive personality, able to quickly establish relationships and credibility both within the team and with senior stakeholders


•Experience of standard business change methodologies


•Excellent team management skills with ability to manage a mixed team of internal and external staff


•Good knowledge of ERP business processes, including Finance, Procurement and Projects


•Previous experience with Oracle (on premise or Cloud) a definite advantage


•Practical hands-on approach with willingness to ‘roll their sleeves up’
