You are the head of the waiting team. You are to lead them with your seniority and organisational skills.
Your supervisor counts on you to organise shifts and daily duties of the team as well as conducting service trainings.
Main Responsibilities:
Organizing and Managing
● Maintain a positive and full of energy attitude at all times.
● Encourage respect and trust with the decisions taken by the Management.
● Conduct regular trainings to keep the staff up to the brand standards.
● Ensure that the company policies, safety and local regulations are respected to the letter.
● Optimise all products and equipment to reduce costs.
● Ensure that Opening, Closing and Operational duties are efficiently completed by all team members.
● Encourage upselling and suggestive selling with guests anticipating always to their needs.
● Ensure all sections are fully stocked and all operating needs are covered.
● Complete all duties assigned by the Restaurant Supervisor.
Guest Experience
● Respond and handle customer complaints ensuring guests perceive the outcome as satisfactory.
● Build and maintain a good relationship with our guests, to improve their experience and contribute to repeat business.
● Contribute to generate an ideal atmosphere of Entertainment for the Guests and work for the employees.
● Obtain and analyse regularly feedback from guests and staff to ensure an excellent Guest Experience.
● Be as informative as you can. Inform before being asked.
● Demonstrate an excellent knowledge of our menu inside out at all times.
● Respond and handle customer complaints ensuring guests perceive the outcome as satisfactory.
● Anticipate guest needs through suggestive selling and upselling whenever it’s possible.
● Maintain always a creative and immaculate image as part of our Brand standards, Responsible for the team shift roster.
