An e-commerce platform based out of Dubai is looking for energetic individuals who can work for company’s call center platform. Individuals will be responsible for interacting with users and vendors of the company and will be attending the company’s hot line, engaging with users, providing information on company’s services and prices, cross-selling other services to users, solving user’s problems and following up with vendors on users’ requests.

- Clear communication in English / Arabic
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel
- Have experience of selling products/services over phone or experience of sales
- Flexibility to work in shifts (night shift is not required)
