The person will be responsible to explore the market, build a business relationship and increase the sales of energy management activities in the region. He will be reporting to the business head. He should demonstrate a high level of communication skills and good knowledge of energy services with a record for continuously achieving on-target.
Key Accountabilities
• Responsible for representing the energy management services and solutions to customers.
• Prepare the technical and financial proposal of energy-related projects.
• Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers.
• Dealing with governmental accounts.
• Using an existing network of industry contacts to generate new business.
• Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
• Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs in terms of energy efficiency.
• Providing pre-sales and post-sales support.
• Managing a portfolio of accounts of energy management projects.
• Leading and training other members of the account team.
• Develop business plans for new services and achieving sales targets.
• Deliver all required reports, weekly sell-thru analysis, Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly analysis of sales versus forecasts on time.
• Manage account budgets and provide monthly spend updates
Education:
• At minimum Msc of Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or any related program.
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Knowledge in Arabic is a must.
• 5+ years of professional experience in the sales including +3 in Energy field.
• Experience of working in a multinational and multicultural environment is an advantage
