JOB DESCRIPTION: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (Outbound, B2B)
Hours: Sunday – Thursday, up to 45 (some hours outside of this as required)
Work hours: Gulf Standard shift. It will be a fixed shift.
Location: Dubai, UAE.
Length: Permanent position, with three-month probation period
Salary: AED 220,000 per annum plus other incentives (including superannuation)

Key Management Areas of Responsibility
• Direct Report to the Vice President of Valasys
• Generating revenue through sales from key accounts in the GCC Region/Europe under the Information & Communication Technology Industry.
• Business Development and account Research on Developmental & Key Accounts.
• Understanding Potential & Prospective client requirements.
• Mapping offerings to client requirements.
• Designing and executing mailer campaigns.
• Research and profile targeted companies to identify key contacts.
• Arranging and participating in high level business calls with large multinational clients
• Completing Request for Information from clients.
• Participating in proposal making / Letter of Agreements and strategic presentations
• Building business approach to generate valuable opportunities by outbound calling to potential multinationals.
• Pipeline Management.
• Prospecting and Planning: Identifies high potential sales opportunities and prioritizes them. Builds rapport and educates customers with the use of internal and external resource.
• Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Key Functional Areas of Responsibility
• Responsible for Revenue Targets & Representing Digitalzone & its value proposition to new clients & accounts
• Responsible for Lead generation, Negotiation and Customer Relationship Management of International Clients
• Responsible for sales closure for both inbound and out bound corporate customer inquiries
• Cross-functional team coordination to achieve Sales Targets
• Manage Collaterals including Website, Social Media Profiles, Testimonials etc.,
• Responsible for Sales and Marketing reports.
• Understand, master and be able to succinctly articulate the client’s story to all prospects and customers when given the opportunity
• Produce well-written, client-facing documentation for all opportunities generated
• Provide exceptional customer service and deliver outstanding value to all of our customers and prospects.
