Key Responsibilities:
- Fully understand the brand, regulations and requirements and use them as guidelines to develop most relevant and cost effective training solutions
- Deliver required and needed group training with specific focus on service, brand standards and sales
- Ensure all Managers and team members are fully trained in all aspects of their role in order to deliver to the required standards.
- Contributes to the design and development of training materials already in place
- Evaluates and reviews training materials to ensure maximum efficiency
- Ensure all restaurant staff are achieving excellence and delivering against KPI’S.
- Support the planning, preparation and delivery of new site openings
- Responsible for building and maintaining relationships between the restaurants, operations and HQ.
