Reporting to the Chairman
Perform administrative tasks for the Chairman: managing the calendar of appointments, composing and preparing correspondence/letters and translate these into either Chinese or English.
Arrange travel plans such as itineraries, transport, flights & hotel accommodation.
Arrange meetings initiated by the Chairman, prepare agendas and record minutes of the meeting and follow-up actions.
Maintain and upkeep records and documents in the Office of the Chairman.
Plan and organize Chairman’s schedules and ensure that his schedule is appropriately observed.
As directed by the Chairman, he may communicate directly, and on behalf of him, with management team, staff, and others, on matters related to Chairman's office.
Research, prioritize, and follow up on issues and concerns addressed to the chairman including those of a sensitive or confidential nature.
Determine appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
Serve as a bridge between the Chairman's office and internal departments for smooth communication.
Work effectively with the Chairman to keep him well informed and updated on his commitments and responsibilities.
