Assistant Manager – Islamic Credit Cards

RAKBANK is looking to hire an Assistant Manager to assist in managing and developing Islamic credit cards products.

Responsibilities:

Assisting in managing and enhancing the following products: credit cards, debit cards and SME Card (Qard-Hassan and Structured Murabaha)
Assisting in launching new cards product
Assisting in managing the business strategy, formulating and implementing credit policy and developing new business
Assisting in financial planning, budgets and setting up of distribution network, ensure market penetration and maximum expansion
Understanding of Shari'ah contracts and their applicability for various product offering
Recommending changes to policy / process based on local nuances / competitor feedback
