Get Involved - Volunteers for RedFestDXB 2019
ARN is looking for UAE-based committed 2 volunteers (no stipend) of all nationalities and backgrounds who can volunteer for RedFestDXB 2019 for the entire duration - pre, during and post event with below requirements.
Event information
Event Name: Virgin Radio RedFestDXB
Event timings and date February 14 & 15, 2019 Full Day.
Shifts and volunteering duration: 14 January until 15 February 2019; 2-3 hours per day, except event days.
Event location Dubai Media City Amphitheater
Event description: UAE's annual #1 Hit Music Festival. Spread across 2 days in the Dubai Media City Amphitheater.
Volunteer information
Number of volunteer needed: 2 people
Age: 21 plus, ideally with Driving license.
Education level: Fresh Graduates, high school certificate
Gender: Open
" Volunteers responsibilities and job role "
PRE EVENT: roadshow assistance; ticketing; event coordination; database management; weekend activation in malls/cinema, etc; research for social media channels; coordination with suppliers and vendors; securing quotes from suppliers.
ONSITE (DURING EVENT): vendor management, photography & videography (working with existing teams); any additional roles assigned by the project manager.
Those who join the RedFest team will enjoy the spectacular bands and festival atmosphere for free as well as making a valuable contribution to the success of Dubai’s leading Music Festival.
