The technical manager will be responsible for managing and monitoring all concrete mix deign as per client specification. He should have the foresight to lead the department in developing,
• Proficient in handling the most complex of technical development concepts, tools and technologies, strong database concepts-and designing techniques.
• Experience in troubleshooting, developing processes and ability to understand and implement client requirements..
• Assists department by providing knowledge of the prevailing codes of practice, regulations,
and specifications for the construction industry.
• Responsible to coordinate with the Client's appointed Project Managers/Consultants
• Attends all technical meetings held with all relevant parties.
• Manage environmental activities to ensure process and policy is being followed as per requirements
• Develop and document policies and processes and provide training to other team members and subordinates.
• Assists and advises team of technical issues needed for workmanship, and work quality.
• Monitors trial mix and coordination with the contractor /consultant / for approval.
• Reviews record concrete mix design at projects specifications
monitoring quality for concrete and all technicians at sits and lab
Record all concrete test report for all projects
