- Job Responsibilities
Liaise with Hiring Managers to understand requirements and keeping them updated with progress throughout the recruitment cycle. - Participate in development and execution of a sourcing series of activities including, but not limited to Market visits, Open days, attending related conferences, exhibitions and events to attract and screen competent candidates.
- Conduct sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, assessing and negotiating employment contracts with candidates in order to recruit competent and proficient personnel.
- Liaising with candidates and keeping them updated on their candidature with Seddiqi Holding whilst ensuring highest level of customer experience and maintaining a positive image of the Seddiqi Holding Brand.
- Administer assessment & selection centers and online assessment tools to ensure selection of the best talent.
- Oversee the candidate communication and experience with the onboarding team to ensure candidate engagement and timely joining.
- Prepare and submit status reports to monitor the progress of the recruitment process.
