Purpose of the Job
Implement the college recruitment marketing strategy under the directions of the Marketing Manager and in collaboration with the other marketing officers. Produce appropriate marketing tools to influence prospective students in their choices regarding their field of study.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Effective participation the indoor/outdoor students recruitment events and ensure the measures are in place to achieve recruitment targets.
• Effective implementation of marketing plan and tactics to deliver the expected result.
• Work with the marketing team to ensure clarity on overall positioning and effective communication of messages through marketing tools.
• Focus on generating leads and converting them into applicants and enroll students through first-rate affinity marketing techniques to provide closer and more tailored contact with enquirers and applicants.
• Establish and implement a plan using the full marketing mix, targeting prospective students from the point of enquiry to enrolment with a clear focus on conversion targets.
• Work with the admissions team and corporate marketing teams to ensure that the mode and channel of communication are effective.
• Work with the recruitment team to develop effective online targeting/relationship building with schools , colleges.
• Co-ordinate with marketing team to ensure attendance at recruitment events with a particular focus on lead generation and conversion.
• Produce report analysis and marketing metrics, trends/recruitment progress as required.
• Assist wider set of student, marketing and recruitment team as necessary.
Job Specification
Qualification
Diploma or Bachelor degree in business administration/ marketing/ public relations/ communications or a related field is required.
Experience
Minimum two years’ experience in student’s recruitment/ marketing/communications/ public relations or a related field is preferable.
